Enjoy the below guide broken out by Northern, Central and Southern parts of the island, along with a guide to Formentera. Southern Half of the Island

  • Food:

    • Il Silencio Ibiza  - great beach club

    • Urusai - Izakaya Iberica at El Silencio - upscale Japanese fusion, also on a beautiful beach setting

    • Beso Beach - a few locations of this fun beach club with great seafood

    • Es Xarcu (Restaurante Playa) - simple, fresh food in a secluded bay

    • Jondal - very upscale beach club

    • Sunset Asham - popular spot, beach club

    • Restaurant Balneari Cala Carbó - great paella

    • Amante Ibiza - beautiful beach beach club, elevated food

    • Blue Marlin Eivissa - upscale beach club with famous DJs

    • Experimental Beach Ibiza - such delicious food, a classic!

    • Casa Maca - cute hotel with amazing food

    • Near Town:

      • Taller Sa Peña by Ibiza Food Studio - had the most incredible meal here

      • Nudo - for healthy food around town

      • Fish Shack - incredible seafood restaurant

      • Nōmade Ibiza - special spot on the water

      • Zuma - hot spot for a sceney restaurant

      • Layleh - amazing dinner location, very sceney and upscale

      • San Juan restaurant - decent restaurant, a great back up if you didn’t make reservations anywhere else!

  • Hotels:

    • Hyde Ibiza - great location close to town and on the water. 4-star

    • Mondrian Ibiza - the luxury Mondrian hotel’s Ibiza location, near the water and town

    • Petunia, Ibiza, a Beaumier hotel - rustic and relaxing hotel right on the water

    • The Standard Ibiza - the trusted Standard outpost in Ibiza!

    • Boutique Hotel Los Jardines de Palerm - an adorable boutique 3-star hotel, very clean

    • Ibiza Gran Hotel - very grand with a casino

    • Nobu hotel - as you can imagine, very sceney!

    • Mirador de Dalt Vila - a Relais & Chateaux small boutique hotel

  • Activities:

    • Es Vedrà - great hiking spot

    • Sa Caleta - stunning red cliffs

    • Catedral d’Evissa - beautiful cathedral

    • Castle of Ibiza for some history!

    • Museu d’Art Contemporani d’Eivissa - modern art museum

    • Cinema Paradiso Ibiza (Open Air) - outdoor theatre

    • Going out:

      • Chiringuito Cala Escondida - amazing beach bar with great drinks

      • DC10 Ibiza - very wild club, go on Mondays

      • Ushuaïa - a classic Ibiza concert spot

      • Drinks at S’Escalinata

    • Shopping -

      • Gimaguas for very trendy pieces

      • Annie’s Ibiza - cute store also a location in London

Northern Half of the Island

  • Food:

    • Es Molí de Sal - upscale, pricey but nice beach views

    • El Bigotes - Bullit - very unpretentious, seaside spot

  • Hotels:

    • Six Senses - one of the most incredible hotel groups! Can only imagine how great the Ibiza one is

    • Agroturisme Can Martí - very rustic and relaxing hotel with farm animals and a garden

  • Activities:

    • Beaches

      • S'Illot des Renclí

      • Cala Xuclà

      • Es Canaret

    • Hiking - Cala d’Albarca

Central Island

  • Food:

    • Restaurante Cala Gracioneta - delicious food in a very fun beach club

    • Macao Café Sta Gertrudis - incredible Italian food in a beautiful setting

    • Wild beets - healthy food spot

    • Café Del Mar - casual spot for drinks and some food, live music

    • A Mi Manera Ibiza - beautiful outdoor space and delicious food

    • Cotton Beach Club - club vibes, good for going out

    • Aubergine Ibiza - amazing garden atmosphere

    • Hostal La Torre - great restaurant within a hotel, good for lunch or dinner

  • Hotel:

    • Agroturismo ATZARO ibiza - 5-star, super cute and Spanish feeling

    • Agroturismo Cas Gasi Boutique Hotel - 4-star boutique hotel

    • Ca Na Xica - grand feeling to a boutique hotel 4-star hotel

    • Aguamadera - very low key, rustic hotel in the center of the island, amazing food

    • Finca Legado - very simple with a natural feel, cute boutique

    • 7Pines Resort - very chic and zen, owned by Hyatt

  • Going Out: 

    • Underground Ibiza

    • Bar Costa (great food too!)

    • Lío - live cabaret show

  • Activities: 

    • Rent a boat (Chilli Pepper Charters is a great company)

    • Beach - Cala Saladeta

    • Shop at Sluiz for very unique items

Formentara

A must do when you’re visiting Ibiza is taking a day trip to Formentera - here are some recs for what to do there!

  • Food

    • Es Codol Foradat - amazing seaside restaurant

    • Chezz Gerdi - sceney Mediterranean restaurant

    • Es Molí de Sal - fresh seafood spot

  • Activities:

    • Beach - Playa Es Codol Foradat

And if you want to avoid the mainland crowds, just stay on Formentera at Teranka Formentera, a beautiful 4-star resort right on the beach.
